What to include when something breaks

  • The page or feature where the issue happened, ideally with the full URL.
  • The exact steps you took before the problem appeared.
  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened instead.
  • Any visible error text, screenshots, or screen recordings.
  • Your account email, device, and browser when the issue seems account-specific or device-specific.

Deployment-related glitches happen

If a request was interrupted during a deploy, tell us what action was in progress. That helps distinguish temporary request cutovers from persistent bugs.
